摘　　要：目的探讨Livin α,β基因在脑胶质瘤中的表达及意义。方法采用荧光实时定量PCR技术检测122例人脑胶质瘤组织及其33例邻近正常脑组织,10例良性脑肿瘤中的Livin α,β mRNA及内参Gapdh的表达水平。结果 Livinα在脑胶质瘤及其邻近正常脑组织,良性脑肿瘤中的表达无统计学意义;Livinβ在高分化组(67例)的表达明显高于低分化组(55例)(P<0.05),两组分别与良性脑肿瘤组(10例)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中33例胶质瘤与邻近正常脑组织比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Livinβ mRNA在胶质瘤的发生及发展中起重要作用。Objective To observe the expression of Livinα,β gene in human gliomas. Methods Expression level of Livin mRNA was detected in 122 cases of human gliomas,33 cases of adjacent normal brain tissue and 10 cases of benign brain tumors by real time quantitative polymerase chain reaction（PCR） technique. Results There was no difference of Livin a expression between glio-mas and benign tumors. But the expression of Livin β in gliomas was significantly higher than that in benign tumors（P〈0.05）, in grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ gliomas was much higher than that in grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ gliomas（P〈0.05） ,and in gliomas was significantly lower than that in adjacent normal tissue（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Livin β mRNA might be with significance in the origin and development of human gliomas.
