海洋石油职工血清胃蛋白酶原含量水平分析

摘　　要：目的研究海洋石油职工血清胃蛋白酶原(pepsinogen,PG)含量水平,探讨海洋石油职工人群血清PG异常情况及不同年龄段和性别间血清PG含量的变化规律。方法定量检测3607名体检人员血清胃蛋白酶原亚群(PGⅠ、PGⅡ)含量,然后用SPSS13.0软件对检测人群不同年龄段间、性别间血清PGⅠ、PGⅡ、PGⅠ/PGⅡ(PGR)结果进行统计分析。结果统计结果表明,血清PGⅠ含量随着年龄段的升高逐渐降低,而PGⅡ的含量逐渐升高,PGR随着年龄段升高而降低;各年龄段统计结果显示,20～29岁组与其它各组的血清PGⅠ含量都存在显著性差异,PGⅡ和PGR只与50～60岁组存在显著性差异,30～39岁组与40～49岁组之间只有血清PGⅡ含量存在显著性差异,而50～60岁人群血清PGⅠ、PGⅡ和PGR与50以下各年龄段都存在显著性差异。随着年龄段的升高血清PG检测阳性率也呈现逐渐升高的趋势,50～60岁人群血清PG检测阳性率达到25.03%,但是男性和女性人群血清PG水平和检测阳性率无差别。结论随着年龄的升高,海洋石油职工血清PGⅠ和PGⅡ水平都有趋向异常的趋势,异常率也明显升高;PG是胃黏膜特异性的指标,所以定期对海洋石油职工进行血清PG检测对动态监测胃黏膜具有非常重要的意义。Objective To study the serum pepsinogen levels in the ocean petroleum staff and to investigate the variations of serum pepsinogen levels in different ages and genders. Methods Serum PG I and PG Ⅱlevel as well as PG I/PG Ⅱ ratio（PGR） in 3607 people were detected and the results of different ages and genders were analyzed with SPSS13.0. Results The levels of serum PG I and PGR decreased gradually with the increasing of ages, but PG Ⅱ levels were gradually increased. The statistical results showed that serum PG I levels were significantly different between the age of 20-29 group and other groups,PG Ⅱand PGR levels of the age of 20-29 group were significantly different with the age of 50-60 group, the serum PG Ⅱ levels were significantly different between the age of 30-39 group and the age of 40-49 group, the PGI, PG Ⅱand PGR levels of the age of 50- 60 group were significantly different with the other groups. The serum PG abnormal rate increased with the increasing of ages, the serum PG abnormal rate of the age of 50-60 group was 25.03% , but there were no difference of serum PG abnormal rate between male and female groups. Conclusion With the increase of ages, serum PG I and PG Ⅱ levels become to have abnormal trends, and the serum PG abnormal rate is significantly higher. PG is the specific marker of the gastric mucosa. It is very important to detect the serum PG level to dynamic monitoring the gastric mucosa for the ocean petroleum staff.
