乳腺导管内乳头状瘤与导管分型及不同民族各年龄段之间的关系初探

摘　　要：目的:探讨导管内乳头状瘤与乳腺导管X线解剖形态分型及不同民族之间的关系。材料与方法:对72例良恶性导管内乳头状瘤,分析其与导管分型及不同民族各个年龄段之间的关系。结果:多支型导管174支占71.0%良性乳头状瘤发病28例占16.1%,恶性4例占2.3%;少支型导管53支占21.6%,良性乳头状瘤24例占45.3%,恶性4例占7.5%;单支型导管18支占7.3%,良性乳头状瘤12例占66.7%。结论:导管分型在各民族女性人群中无明显差异(p=0.429>0.05)。乳腺导管内乳头状瘤(不分良恶性)患者按民族和乳腺分型统计,无统计学差异(p=0.175>0.05);(不分民族)乳腺导管内良恶性乳头状瘤与乳腺分型统计,无统计学差异(p=0.397>0.05)。而不同民族乳腺导管内良恶性乳头状瘤统计,发现只有少支型中不同民族的良恶性乳头状瘤有差异。不同年龄段导管内乳头状瘤(良恶性)统计有差异。正确认识乳腺导管的X线解剖形态与分型及不同民族、不同年龄段之间的关系,对导管内乳头状瘤的诊断与治疗至关重要。Purpose：to investigate the intraductal papilloma with ductal breast X-ray anatomy type and the relationship between different ethnics.Materials and Methods：72 cases of benign and malignant intraductal papillary tumors,and the catheter type and different nationalities relationship between various age.Results：multiple catheter 17471% benign papillary tumor onset in 28 cases accounted for 16.1%,4 cases of malignant accounted for 2.3%;less branched type catheter 5321.6%,benign papillary tumor 24 cases accounted for 45.3%,4 cases of malignant accounted for 7.5%;a single catheter 18 7.3%,benign papillary tumor of 12 cases 66.7%.Conclusion：catheter type in various ethnic groups of women showed no significant difference（p=0.4290.05）.Breast intraductal papilloma（regardless of benign and malignant） in accordance with national and mammary typing statistics,no statistical difference（p=0.1750.05）;（regardless of nationality） of breast intraductal papilloma with malignant and benign breast classification statistics,no statistical difference（p=0.3970.05）.Different nations in benign and malignant breast intraductal papilloma statistics,found only a small branch type in different ethnic differences in benign and malignant papillary tumor.Different ages of intraductal papillary tumors（benign and malignant） statistical differences.Correct understanding of breast duct radiographic anatomy and classification and different ethnic groups,between different age relations,of intraductal papillary tumor diagnosis and treatment are very important.age relations,of intraductal papillary tumor diagnosis and treatment are very important.
