乳腺癌危险因素的初步调查

摘　　要：目的:通过回顾性调查乳腺病患者的自然状况与乳腺癌发病关系的内在联系,分析其危险因素,找出差异性,提出控制对策。材料与方法:采用回顾性调查的方法,将2006年6月～2012年6月我院及新疆伊犁州友谊医院乳腺病就诊病例1986例,设置统一表格进行调查,利用数据库进行筛选,并进行统计学分析。结果:1986例乳腺就诊妇女人群中,患各类乳腺疾病943例(47.5%),其中增生患者845例(42.54%),乳腺纤维腺瘤32例(1.61%),乳管系统疾病22例(1.11%),乳腺癌44例(2.22%)。分析结果分为文化程度高,体重指数高,精神心理压抑,性格内向,有女性生殖系统病史,摄入高脂高糖饮食为主要因素,可增加发病危险性。而常年清淡饮食及避孕年数多,哺乳超过6个月为保护因子。结论:高危人群中文化程度高、体重指数高、长期精神压抑、性格内向、患女性生殖系统疾病者内在联系密切,发病率较高。Purpose：by retrospective survey of breast disease patients with natural conditions and breast cancer incidence in the relationship between the intrinsic link,analysis of its risk factors,find out difference,puts forward the control countermeasures.Materials and Methods：the retrospective investigation method,the 2006 June ~2012 year in June my courtyard and Yili Friendship Hospital breast diseases in 1986 cases set the table,to investigate,using database screening,and make a statistical analysis.Results：in 1986 cases of breast of women in treatment group,with various types of breast disease in 943 patients（47.5%）,wherein the hyperplasia in 845 cases（42.54%）,32 cases of breast fibroadenoma（1.61%）,mammary duct diseases in 22 cases（1.11%）,44 cases of breast cancer（2.22%）.The analysis results are divided into higher education,the higher the BMI,mental depression,the disposition introversion,female reproductive system history,the intake of high-fat diet as the main factor,may increase the risk of.And all the year round light diet of contraception and lactation number of years,more than 6 months were the protective factors.Conclusion：in populations at high risk of high education level,high body mass index,long-term depression,introverted,suffering from disease of the female reproductive system inherent in close contac t,high incidence rate.
