文化哲学视阈下的文化软实力研究

摘　　要：随着全球化的席卷,全球化文化景观中文化软实力问题日渐凸显。在我国当前,作为20世纪初兴起的一门新兴学科,文化哲学也不断地切入到对文化软实力的研究中,并以其学科特点在文化软实力的研究中做出了自己独特的贡献。从文化哲学维度上对文化软实力进行学理建构以及从文化哲学价值取向上对文化软实力进行战略建设。前者从关于"文化"自身的涵义问题入手,为"文化何为"的现实关切点即提升"文化软实力"的探讨提供学理基础,探究了诸如软实力概念的起源、演变,文化软实力的内涵、外延,文化软实力的构成等基础性问题。后者试图摆脱当前文化软实力研究中过于局限于"经济效益"的思想,将关注度转向"生活世界",切实进入到对人精神领域的建设上,进入到对意识形态的构建,对国家上层建筑的建设中去,其研究成果主要集中在对中国当前文化现状的回顾、从大众文化与精英文化的融合,传统资源的转换等角度,以人为主体地对国家文化软实力建设做出了战略性思考。As globalization is coming,cultural soft power has becoming increasingly prominent in its cultural landscape.As in China,the cultural philosophy as a new discipline born on the early twentieth century has studied on and made its own unique contribution to the cultural soft power studies.It embarked on such two aspects： one is mainly conducting its theoretical construct from the cultural philosophy perspective;the other is working on its strategic construction based on the cultural philosophy＇s value orientation.From studying on the essence meaning of ＂culture＂,the former providing theoretical basis for exploring the concept of cultural soft power such as its origin,evolution,and its connotation,extension,and cultural composition and other infrastructure problems.The latter try to get rid of the popular cultural soft power study,which was limited to ＂economic efficiency＂,and pay attention to the ＂life world＂ so as to more effectively go into the field of human mental construction,into the construction of ideology,into the superstructure of the national building.And the results of its research focuses on the current review of the China＇s status quo culture,and make strategic thinking to the construction of national cultural soft power based on human subjects,from the point of view such as the integration of popular culture and elite culture,the conversion of traditional resources.
