摘　　要：结合药学本科毕业生的就业、择业需求和南方医科大学药学院本科毕业设计取得的一些经验,探讨新形势下如何抓好药学本科毕业设计,既保证毕业设计时间,又为就业求职留有时间余地,既培养学生的创新科研能力,又提高学生的综合素质。According to pharmacy undergraduate students postgraduation employment plans and the experience of guiding graduation projects of pharmacy undergraduates in southern medical university,we discussed some of our thoughts regarding how to make graduation project not only provide a valuable learning experience but also a competitive adavantage for postgraduate job opportunity.
