摘　　要：随着我国教育改革的不断推进,研究生培养和管理模式也处于变革当中;为了实事求是和适应新形势的变化,基础医学研究生教育作为医学研究生教育的一个分支,应认识到其具有自身的特点和规律。当前我国基础医学研究生教育取得了巨大的成就,但也面临着不少问题。面对问题,在基础医学研究生培养和管理模式方面做了一些有益的探索与实践。With the continuous advance of educational reform,postgraduate training and management models are also undergoing reforms.Basic medical postgraduate education being as a branch of medicine graduate education,we should recognize the characteristics and rules of its own in order to seek truth from facts and adapt to new changes in the situation.Basic medical graduate education has made great achievements,but many problems are arising.Facing to the problem,we have done some useful research and practice on basic medical postgraduate training and management model.
