摘  要:通过检索Pubmed近10余年来医学导师制英文文献并结合国外研修调查,分析介绍了美国医学院校导师制的开展情况、效果评价及促进手段等。导师制在美国医学院校的开展已较为普遍,它对帮助学生的专业发展、研究兴趣发掘、职业选择及研究产出等均发挥了重要作用。它不仅有利于被指导者的个人成长,同时有益于导师以及医疗教研体系的发展创新,几年来导师技能的提高也受到广泛重视。Through searching the Pubmed literature recent to years,in combination with the investigation performed abroad,the authors introduce the medical mentorship about its prevalence,performance evaluation and means of promotion in the United States.The practice of medical mentorship has been more common in the United States.It plays an important role in helping professional development,exploring research interests,career choice as well as research outputs.It's not only beneficial to the mentee's personal growth but also the development and innovation of medical teaching and research system.In the past few years,how to improve mentoring skills has been drawn extensive attention.
