摘　　要：素质教育是高校教育思想和教育观念转变的重要引领,是深化教学改革的指针。在知识经济的大潮下,人才竞争的核心是人的综合素质的高低。对大学生进行全面素质教育已成为高校教育改革的时代要求。因此,以素质教育为指导,转变人才培养观念、创新人才培养模式,是高等教育健康发展的必然选择。Quality education is an important lead in the shift in college educational thinking and notion and a key pointer of deepening teaching reform. In the information economy era, the core of the competi- tion for talent is the level of comprehensive quality of human. Comprehensive quality education for college students has become the times request for the educational reform. Therefore, under the guidance of quality education, the shift in talent training concept and innovative talent training mode is an inevitable choice for the healthy development of college education.
