摘　　要：专利池作为现代技术联盟的一种高级形式,对技术标准的推广和专利技术的扩散具有重要作用,是企业自主创新的重要战略,也是提升企业自主创新能力的重要方式。企业自主创新机制由自主创新的能力子系统、动力子系统和激励子系统构成。分析了各子系统之间的相互关系,从理论上探讨了专利池对企业创新机制各组成部分的影响,并通过对闪联专利池的案例研究,阐述了闪联专利池对联盟企业自主创新的影响。Patent pool as an advanced form of modem technology alliance plays an important rnle in extending technology standards and patent technology. It is not only an important strategy of self - determined innovation of enterprises, but also an important way to promote the enterprise self - determined innovation ability. Enterprises self - determined innovation mechanisms consist of self - determined innovation＇ s ability system, power system and incentives system. The correlation between each subsystem is analyzed and patent pool~ impact on the component part of enterprise self - determined innova- tion is discussed theoretically. Through the case analysis of IGRS, the paper analyses the influence of IGRS on the alliance members＇ self - determined innovation.
