眶上外侧入路夹闭颅内动脉瘤69例临床分析

摘　　要：目的总结眶上外侧人路夹闭颅内动脉瘤的临床经验并评价其手术效果。方法回顾性分析2010年10月至2012年2月采用眶上外侧人路夹闭69例颅内动脉瘤患者的临床资料、动脉瘤位置、术后脑血管造影、并发症及m院时GOS评分。结果69例（84个动脉瘤）患者，其中13例为多发动脉瘤。共夹闭82个，包裹术1个，未夹闭1个。65例恢复良好，4例恢复差，无死亡病例。结论眶上外侧入路作为Willi’s环动脉瘤的手术入路，与翼点入路相比具有简捷、快速、微创的优点，适合普遍推广。Objective To summarize our experience of lateral supraorbital approach to clip low-grade intracranial aneurysms and assess the results. Methods 69 patients with intracranial aneurysms underwent lateral supraorbital approach operations, between October 2010 and August 2012 in Department of Neurosurgery, 1st affiliated hospital of Suchow University. The clinical data, position ofaneurysm, postoperative cerebral angiography, complication and GOS at discharged were retrospectively analyzed. Results 69 patients with a total of 84 aneurysms, 13 cases of multiple aneurysms in 82 cases, no mortality. wrapping in 1 case, and 1 case was not clipped. 65 cases recovered well, 4 cases recovered poorly, clipping there was Conclusion As a surgical approach for Willi＇s cycle aneurysm, the lateral supraorbital approach is a simple, rapid, minimally invasive way. It is worth widely applied as an alternate to the pterional approach.
