摘　　要：现有电力行政交换网提供的业务主要以语音交换为主,不能适应电力系统业务IP化发展趋势,加上设备面临大面积老化且厂家逐步停止对固网交换机设备的生产,引起网络及设备维护困难等诸多问题。文章通过对电力系统行政交换网的现状、存在问题进行详细分析;对软交换、IMS技术分别从体系架构、技术特点、商用情况、组网方案、对电力系统的适应性等方面进行全面阐述,提出2种演进路线。旨在为今后电力系统行政交换网的建设提供参考。For the existing administrative switching network, the voice switch is main service. But it can not adapt the development trend of the power system IP business, and other difficulties, such as a large area of aging and discontinuation of the devices, the maintenance of networks and equipments. Through analyzing the status and problems of electric power administrative switching network, this paper expounds the soflswitch and IMS technology from the architecture, technical features, commercial situation, networking solutions, power system adaptability etc. Finally it presents two evolution routs and provides a reference for the future building of power system administrative switching network.
