摘　　要：法学教育是法学研究必须探讨的问题,法学教育的不同模式决定着法学人才的培养质量。在当前我国大力推进法治国家建设的进程中,对法律人才的现实及未来需求都很大,因此对法学教育的探讨具有重要意义。文章以美国法学教育为比较对象,对中美法学教育的培养目标、教育模式、教育方法、课程设置方面进行了比较,以期对我国的法学教育有所借鉴。Law education is a question that must be explored for legal research, and the training quality of talented personnel of law is determined by different kinds of law education model. Due to the high demand of talented personnel of law, it is of great significance to explore law education during the vigorously legal construction of China at present. For the sake of drawing lessons from other countries, this paper will compare America with China in terms of training target, educational mode, educational method and curriculum provision.
