摘 要:目的探讨氪激光治疗视盘新生血管型糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效。方法对20例(25只眼)视盘新生血管型糖尿病视网膜病变患者使用氪激光行超全视网膜光凝治疔。光凝术后3、6、12个月分别行荧光素眼底血管造影检查,新生血管如未完全消退则追加光凝。随访3~20个月(平均9.5个月)。结果超全视网膜光凝术后视力提高者12只眼(48.0%),视力不变者12只眼(48.0%),视力下降者1只眼(2.0%);19只眼(76.0%)新生血管消退或部分消退,6只眼(24.0%)新生血管无变化或加重。16只眼(61.5%)需要补充光凝。平均激光量为2600点。结论视盘新生血管型糖尿病视网膜病变较常规治疗需要更大的激光量,光凝术后应定期随访观察,必要时补充光凝。Objective To investigate the efeet of krypton laser photoeoagulation on proliferative diabetic reti-nopa- thy (PDR )with neovaseularization on disc (NVD ). Methods 25 eyes of 20 patients with NVD were treated with extra pan- retinal photoeoagulatian (PRP) by kryptonlaser. The fundus fluoreseein angiography ( FFA) was performed at 3months, 6 months,12 months after the treatment. The further photoeoagulafion was complemented for the patients who remained new vessels. The fonow-up period was 3 -20 months ( mean 9.5 months). Results After extra PRP,viaion was improved in 12 eyes (48.0 % ) ,unchanged in 12 eyes (48.0% ) and decreased in 1 eye (2.0 %). Neovaseularization partly or entirely regressed in 19 eyes (76.0% ) ,and unchanged or aggravated in 5 eyes (24.0% ). Further photoeoagulation was done in 16 eyes (61.5 % ). The average number of laser was 2600 points. Conclusion The treatment for PDR with NVD should use much larger amount of laser than that of routine therapy. Regular follow-ups must be done and further photoeoagulation can be given if necessary.
