摘 要:面对校园招聘过程中各种形式的数据信息和统计报表,手工处理方式已经严重影响了工作效率,利用现代信息技术进行招聘信息管理成为趋势。针对当前校园招聘的特点和要求,借助VFP强大的数据管理功能,采用面向对象的设计方法,简单易读的算法,构建基于VFP的校园招聘信息管理系统,实现了方便快捷的信息录入、需求岗位分解、数据查询、汇总统计、报表打印等功能,使校园招聘信息管理更加规范化、自动化,切实提高就业工作效率。Since the manual processing mode for all sorts of the data information and statistical statement during the recruit- ment process on campus can not cope with the efficient requirements, the application of modern information technology for re- cruitment information management has become an inevitable trend. With the object-oriented design method and comprehensible algorithm, a campus recruitment information management system based on VFP was established according to the real work condi- tions of the student employment office and the features of current campus recruitment. It can realize a series of desirable func- tions, including fast information inputting, classification of different positions in need, data mining, statistics, printing, etc. Through the more standardized and automated campus recruitment information management system can be substantially improved.
