大型回转窑筒体的力学分析与计算

摘　　要：利用梁理论和壳体理论,并结合合理的边界条件,对大型回转窑筒体的力学模型进行分析与计算,得出了回转窑在任意点处的变形和应力的解析解,所求结果可以为回转窑筒体的设计及调整提供一定的参考。Based on beam and shell theory, combined with reasonable boundary conditions, this paper analyzes and calculates the mechanical model of large rotary kiln and obtains the analytical solution of the rotary kiln at any point of the deformation and stress. The obtained results provide a reference for the design and adjustment of the kiln shell.
