摘  要:采用比色法测定了水陆稻8个品种苗期淀粉酶活性,认为不同时间的(α+β)-淀粉酶活性不同,以一叶一心期酶活性最高。而且,酶活性高低反映出品种抗旱能力的趋势,即酶活性高者其抗旱能力强。β-淀粉酶活性变化趋势与(α+β)-淀粉酶总活性一致。因此,β-淀粉酶活性高低也与品种抗旱性呈正相关。以上两种淀粉酶活性均可做为鉴别水稻品种抗旱性的参考。Amylase activities in the 8 varieties of upland rice and paddy rice during their shoot growth were determined by means of colorimetry.Re- sults are as follows,(β+α) -amylase activities are different at different stages, especially very high at one-leaf stage.Moreover they show a tendency of drought resistance,in other words,the higher the amylase activities,the stronger thier drought resistance.Identical with the change of (α+β)-amylase activities,B-amylase activities are also closely related to thier drought resis- tance.As a result,both two amylase activities can be served as an indica- tion of identifying drought rasistance.
