摘 要:测定红麻品种福红952(对照)及其光钝感突变体08C-8叶片在11.5 h人工短日照处理下苗期、生长中期和现蕾期3个发育时期的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和游离氨基酸含量的变化,研究福红952和08C-8在光周期反应下部分生理指标的变化规律.结果表明:在苗期、生长中期和现蕾期3个发育时期,福红952和08C-8叶片的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、游离氨基酸含量均呈现由低→高→低的变化规律,但变化程度大小表现不一;在现蕾期,福红952的可溶性糖与可溶性蛋白比值是08C-8的1.59倍,而可溶性糖与游离氨基酸比值则与08C-8相当;08C-8对光周期变化反应不敏感,可能与其叶片部分生理指标的变化密切相关,特别是当可溶性糖与可溶性蛋白比值高时,可提前进入现蕾期,比值低时则可延迟现蕾期.To illustrate the changes of physiological metabolism between the light-insensitive mutant 08C-8 and the control cultivar Fuhong 952 during photoperiedic response in kenaf ( Hibiscus cannabinus L. ), the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein and soluble amino acid in leaves were analyzed under the three developmental stages of seedling stage, the middle growth stage and the bud stage with a treatment of 11.5 hour artificial short-day photoperiod. The results showed that the soluble sugar, soluble protein and soluble amino acids had a feature of changing from low to high, then to low under three different development stages, but these differed in degree. The ratio of soluble sugar and soluble protein of Fuhong 952 was 1.59 times as much as that of 08C-8 in the bud stage, but there was no difference in the ratio of soluble sugar and soluble amino acids. These data indicated that the reason of in-sensitive to photoperiodic induction in the light-insensitive mutant 08C-8 might be the partial physiological metabolism, especially the high ratio of soluble sugar and soluble protein, which facilitated the stage of budding.
