摘  要:目的建立大鼠缺血皮瓣动物模型,观察骨髓间充质干细胞对大鼠皮瓣缺血-再灌注损伤的修复作用。方法将48只SD大鼠随机分成实验组和对照组,在大鼠背部皮肤设计超长随意皮瓣,对照组皮下注入BMSCs培养液,实验组皮下注入BMSCs,观察皮瓣的存活情况并计算皮瓣坏死率,分别于术后1、3、7、14天检测皮瓣的丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和LDH活性。结果实验组与对照组比较,MDA含量和LDH活性均降低,SOD活性升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞能减轻大鼠皮瓣缺血再灌注损伤,提高皮瓣的成活率。Objective To establish the rat model of rat random flap and observe the effects of BMSCs on the flap ischemia - reperfu- sion injury. Methods The rats were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group,with the former group subcutaneouly injected the BMSCs. Ischemic random skin flaps were constructed from the rats,and the amount of viable tissue within the flap was meas- ured. All animals tissue were collected after 1, 3, 7 and 14 days to observe the activities of LDH, MDA and SOD. Results The activities of MDA and LDH in treated group were lower than control group, and the activities of SOD in treated group were higher than control group. Conclusion BMSCs can promote cells proliferation of the flap ischemia - reperfusion injury.
