艾迪注射液联合GP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌25例

摘　　要：目的探讨艾迪注射液联合GP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效和不良反应。方法将63例非小细胞肺癌患者按不同的治疗方法分为2组:A组(25例)和B组(38例)。A组采用艾迪注射液联合GP方案治疗。艾迪注射液50～100mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液(或生理盐水)500mL中静脉滴注,第1-15天。GP方案为:吉西他滨1 000mg.m-2加入5%葡萄糖注射液(或生理盐水)500mL中静脉滴注,第1,8天;顺铂30mg.m-2加入5%葡萄糖注射液(或生理盐水)500mL中静脉滴注,第1-3天,每21d重复。B组采用GP方案,GP方案使用方法同A组。观察2组患者的近期疗效、不良反应(白细胞减少、血小板减少、血红蛋白减少、恶心呕吐、发热、流感样症状、乏力、口腔黏膜炎、肝功能异常、肾功能异常、耳毒性)情况。结果 A组有效率与B组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组白细胞减少、血小板减少、血红蛋白减少、流感样症状、乏力发生率与B组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),A组恶心呕吐、发热、口腔黏膜炎、肝功能异常、肾功能异常、耳毒性与B组比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论艾迪注射液联合GP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌不能提高近期疗效,可减轻化疗药物的不良反应,增强患者对化疗的耐受性。Objective To explore the short-term curative effects and adverse reactions of Aidi injection combined with gemcitabine and cisplatin（GP regimen） in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Sixty-three patients with non-small cell lung cancer were treated with GP regimen alone（group B,n=38） or in combination with Aidi injection（group A,n=25）.Intravenous infusion of 5% glucose injection（or saline） containing 50-100 mL Aidi injection was given for day 1-15.Intravenous infusion of 5% glucose injection（or saline） containing 1 000 mg·m-2gemcitabine was given on day 1 and 8.Intravenous infusion of 5% glucose injection（or saline） containing 30 mg·m-2cisplatin was given on day 1,2 and 3.Treatments were repeated every 21 days.The short-term curative effects and adverse reactions（leukopenia,thrombocytopenia,hemoglobin decrease,nausea,vomiting,fever,flu-like symptoms,fatigue,oral mucositis,liver dysfunction,kidney dysfunction,and ototoxicity） were observed.Results No significant differences in effective rates and incidences of nausea,vomiting,fever,oral mucositis,liver dysfunction,kidney dysfunction and ototoxicity were found between the two groups（P0.05）.However,there were obvious difference in incidences of leukopenia,thrombocytopenia,hemoglobin decrease,flu-like symptoms and fatigue between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Aidi injection combined with GP regimen for non-small cell lung cancer can not improve the short-term curative effect,but can reduce adverse reactions to chemotherapy drugs and increase the tolerance of patients to chemotherapy.
