摘  要:介绍了枸杞叶茶开发现状、种类及经济效益,并对适合加工枸杞叶茶的树种进行了对比,提出了枸杞叶茶今后的研发方向。The present situation in development of Chinese wolfberry leaf tea, various types of Chinese wolfberry leaf tea products as well as their economic benefits are introduced. A screening comparison is made on the Chinese wolfberry varieties suitable for leaf tea making. The future direction in research and development of Chinese wolfberry leaf tea is put forward.
