摘 要:目的探讨早期、系统营养干预对鼻咽癌患者放化疗毒副反应的影响。方法将80例鼻咽癌初治患者随机分为干预组(放化疗+系统营养干预)和对照组(单纯放化疗),各40例,观察系统营养干预对鼻咽癌患者营养状况、口咽黏膜反应、骨髓抑制等毒副反应的影响。结果干预组和对照组均出现不同程度的MNA评分下降及口咽黏膜放射性损伤、骨髓抑制等毒副反应,但指标下降的程度及放射性损伤的分级,营养组明显轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期、系统营养干预可有效地改善鼻咽癌患者的营养状况,减轻其毒副反应,提高放化疗耐受性。Objective To investigate the early nutritional in tervention on the adverse reactions of radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients with nasophatyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Methods Eighty NPC patients were randomly divided into the intervention group (n=40, treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy combined with nutritional intervention) and the control group (n=40, treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy). The effect of nutritional intervention on nutritional status, the reaction of oropharyngeal mucosa, and bone marrow suppression were observed. Results Both the two groups were observed with MNA score decreasing, oropharyngeal mueosal injury, bone marrow suppression. But the decline degree of the indexes and the injury classification was significantly lighter in the intervention group than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Early nutritional intervention can effectively improve the nutritional status of the patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, reduce the adverse reactions, and improve the tolerance of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
