摘 要:从番茄种植大棚根际土壤和发病植株组织中分离筛选出1株抗灰霉菌能力较强细菌菌株,编号为TS30,平板对峙培养法测定其抑菌活性大小(R2/R1)为3.64,该菌具有良好的抑制作用和良好的遗传稳定性,因此选其作为深入研究对象。通过形态结构观察、生理生化鉴定及16S rDNA基因序列分析,将菌株命名为荧光假单胞菌TS30(Pseudomonas fluorescens TS30)。另外,对其生长曲线及不同培养时间抑菌活性进行研究,结果表明该菌产生菌体和抗菌物质的最适培养时间分别为48 h和72 h。菌株TS30在番茄灰霉病生物防治方面具有潜在的开发和应用价值。A strong anti-grey-mold (Botrytis cinerea ) bacterial strain was isolated and screened from tomato rhizosphere soil in plastic green houses and sick plant tissue, and numbered as TS30. Their bacteriostatic activity were tested adopting plate stand-opposite culture method, its bacteriostatic value (R2/R1 )was 3.64, the trans-generation culture showed it had good stability in antimicrobial ability and genetics, so it was selected as the object for further study. Based on the morphological, physiological, biochemical characteristics, and phylogenetic analysis of 16S rDNA, TS30 was identified as Pseudomonas fluorescens. In addition, study on its growth curve and bacteriostatie activity in different cultural times showed that the most suitable time for producing biomass and antibacterial substance was at 48 h and 72 h respectively. Therefore strain TS30 had potential development and application value in bio-control against tomato grey mold.
