论成人教育制度的价值诉求

摘　　要：成人教育是一种社会存在,它的实现需要制度的保障。成人教育制度力求以自身的规范促进成人教育实施过程中的公平性、合理性。制度的价值诉求体现着制度之为制度所应有的内蕴和理念。成人教育制度应当以"以人为本"、"崇尚自由"、"科学发展"作为追求的价值目标,并在一定范围内引导、规定着这些价值目标趋向规范和实现。Adult education is a social being, and its implementation requires the protection of institute. The value of institution embodies the aspirations of what it should be. Within a certain range, ＂people- oriented＂,＂respection for freedom＇and ＂scientific development＂ should be the targets value to be pursued and implemented for adult education institution.
