摘　　要：在成人学习领域,自我导向学习理论富有强大的生命力。回顾国外几十年来丰硕的研究成果,自我导向学习的研究可以归结为基于学习过程、个体特性和情境中多维度融合三大取向。鉴于不同的内容体系和方法论基础,它们从不同的视角揭露了自我导向学习的本质。由于不同取向的研究有各自的价值和局限性,因此,客观审视并有机整合不同的研究取向,成为自我导向学习研究的发展趋势。In the field of adult learning, self- directed learning theory has powerful vitality. To review the great harvest of the researches, researches on self - directed learning can be reduced to three orientations：based on learning process, individual characteristic, and multiple dimensions. Founded on different content systems and methodological foundations, these three orientations reveal the essence of self - directed learning from different angles. Because each orientation has its own value and limitation, to review objectively and integrate organically them is the correct direction to develop self- directed re- search.
