摘  要:目的测定贵州野生和栽培刺梨总三萜与总黄酮的含量。方法采用比色法测定刺梨中总三萜与总黄酮的含量。结果野生和栽培刺梨鲜果、粗粉总三萜含量分别为2.578%、16.990%、1.129%、12.485%。野生和栽培刺梨鲜果、粗粉总黄酮含量分别为0.088%、0.746%、0.077%、0.721%。结论利用比色法测定刺梨总三萜的含量,该方法操作简便、快速、稳定,可以用于刺梨的质量控制。Objective To determinate the content of total triterpenoids and flavonoids in Rosa roxbugh- ii. Methods The content of total triterpenoids and flavonoids in Rosa roxbughii were determinated by col- orimetric method. Results The contents of total triterpenoids in the wild type and cultivated type of Rosa roxbughii were 2. 578%, 16. 990%, 1. 129% and 12. 485%, respectively. The contents of total fla- vonoids in the wild type and cultivated type of Rosa roxbughii were 0. 088%, 0.746%, 0. 077% and 0. 721%, respectively. Conclusion The content of total triterpenoids in Rosa roxbughii was determined for the first time by colorimetric method and this method is easy, rapid and stabilization and might be used for monitoring the quality of Rosa roxbughii.
