摘　　要：受到历史和现实的影响,高校运行管理模式和政府大致相同。高校过度行政化的问题严重影响了高校历史使命的达成。高校去行政化不是不要行政,而是转变政府和高校的角色定位。不越位、不错位、不缺位,构建服务理念,强化法治和监督约束机制建设,从管理走向服务,从全面管理控制转为监督管理,是去行政化的可行之路。Due to the impact of history and reality,colleges and universities in China are running in much the same way as governmental administration,which results in the fact that the historic mission of colleges and universities cannot be easily achieved.Deadministration,in effect,does not mean the elimination of administration;instead,it is to change the roles that governments and universities have been playing.To rationally put itself,either the government or the university,in a proper place,building a sense of service,and improving the rule of law and the building of control and supervision mechanism may turn out to be the practical ways to deadministration,and thereby ultimately trun the role of government from administration to service,from a comprehensive control to regulatory management.
