摘　　要：“职业性”是高职院校的鲜明特色。职业责任教育是德育的基本内容，是高职院校的责任，是符合高职学生特点的德育内容，也是社会主义市场经济健康发展的保障。同时，高职德育具有整体性的特点。笔者认为，高职院校应以职业责任为重要内容，整体构建校本德育体系。＂ Professional＂ is a distinguishing feature of vocational colleges. Professional responsibility education, as a basic content of moral education, is the professional responsibility of vocational colleges. It is the moral education content which is keeping with the characteristics of vocational college students. It also assures sound development of the socialist market economy. Moral education in vocational colleges has the characteristic of integration. The paper put forwards that vocational colleges should integrally contribute moral education in the centre of professional responsi- bility.
