摘 要:传统决策支持系统理论研究和系统实践主要是以模型、数据和技术为主线,虽取得很多进展,但在面临日趋复杂的决策环境和决策者逐渐增强的参与意识时往往效果不佳。针对此问题,从"以人为本"角度重新审视决策系统的演化进程并研究了其发展趋势,提出系统构建过程中应该凸显人的作用。将参与决策活动的人作为系统的组件(人件),并使其和软件网络赋能为人件服务和软件服务,形成人件服务和软件服务深度耦合的人机协同决策系统以突破传统决策支持系统架构和功能体现,进而探讨人机协同决策系统的相关概念与内涵、系统结构及总体架构等且提出进一步值得深入研究的学术问题。The model, data and tee theoreti hnology. eal research and systemic practice of traditional DSS was mainly based on Although making much progress,it was often ineffective while decision environment became increasingly complicated and decision makers'participation consciousness enhanced gradually. To solve this problem, we reviewed the evolution process of decision system (DS) and researched the development trend of DS, and we proposed that human being should be prominent in the procedure of system constructing. We made human who participated in the decision activities as system components (Humanware, Hw) and enabled Humanware and Software as Humanware Service (HwS) and Software Service(SwS). The HS and SS were deeply coupled to form the Human- Computer Coordination Decision System (HCCDS) for breaking the traditional framework and function of DSS. And then, we discussed the related concepts and connotations, system structure and general architectural of the HCCDS and put forward the academic problems which were deserved to research deeply.
