摘　　要：准确定义了工程量清单及综合单价的概念,阐述了工程量清单综合单价的组成、计价程序、项目特征及影响因素,介绍了工程量清单的作用,阐述了工程清单的重要性,争取在为企业赢得建筑市场的同时实现工程的利润最大化。The article precisely defines the bill of quantities and comprehensive unit price＇s concept, explains the composition, valuation procedure, project characteristics and influencing factors for bill of quantities＇ comprehensive unit price, introduces the bill of quantities＇ function, and elabo- rates the importance of engineering list, so as to win in the construction market for the enterprises and realize the profit maximization.
