艾迪注射液对老年肿瘤放化疗患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察艾迪注射液联合放化疗治疗老年肿瘤患者的临床疗效。方法:114例经病理学或细胞学检查确诊的老年肿瘤患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各57例,对照组使用单独放疗或化疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用艾迪注射液,比较两组的疗效和毒副反应。结果:观察组(放疗或化疗)的有效率和疾病控制率均显著高于对照组(P值均<0.05);两组毒副反应总发生率比较无明显差别(P>0.05);观察组Ⅲ～Ⅳ度毒副反应的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量的总改善率为49.12%,显著高于对照组的21.05%(P<0.05)。结论:艾迪注射液可以提高老年肿瘤放化疗患者的近期疗效,改善患者的生活质量,减轻毒副反应,值得在临床推广。Objective： To observe the clinical effect on treatment with adiation therapy and chemotherapy combined with Aidi injection for geriatric tumer patients.Method： 114 cases of the patients were randomly divided into test group and control group,57 cases in each group.The control group was given radiation therapy or chemotherapy only,the test group was given Aidi injection on the base of control group.Compare the clinical effects and toxic and adverse effects between the two groups.Results： The response rate and disease control rate of test group were significantly higher than control group（all P0.05）.There was no significant difference of total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P0.05）.The Ⅲ～Ⅳ grade incidence of adverse reactions of test group were significantly lower than control group（P0.05）.The incidence of improvement of life quality was 49.12%,significantly higher than control group＇s 21.05%（P0.05）.Conclusion： The clinical effect on treatment with adiation therapy and chemotherapy combined with Aidi injection for geriatric tumer patients is satisfactory.Aidi injection can improve the patients＇ life quality,reduce the toxic and adverse effects,is worthy of clinical use.
