尼莫地平联合益脑脉胶囊在高血压性脑出血中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨尼莫地平联合益脑脉胶囊治疗高血压性脑出血的疗效。方法:选取2010年1月～2012年5月我院收治的高血压性脑出血患者共78例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各39例,其中对照组患者采用甘露醇、胞二磷胆碱与抗氧化剂等常规治疗及尼莫地平静注治疗,1次/天,连续14天,而实验组患者在此基础上加用益脑脉胶囊口服或胃管注入,3次/天,连续28天。分析和比较治疗前及治疗后30天两组患者卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、脑卒中专门生活质量评分表(QLI)评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗后实验组的NIHSS评分明显低于治疗后对照组(P<0.05),治疗后实验组的QLI评分明显高于治疗后对照组,治疗后实验组患者的总有效率明显优于对照组患者(89.74%VS69.23%)。结论:尼莫地平联合益脑脉胶囊治疗高血压性脑出血,可促进病人的神经功能恢复,增加临床疗效,提高生活质量,且安全可靠,值得临床上推广应用。Objective：To investigate the effect of Nimodipine plus Yinaomai capsule on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods：78 patients of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage from Jan 2010 to May 2012 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and experimental group.There were 39 cases in each group.Patients in control group were received common therapy such as mannitol,citicoline and antioxidant,and Nimodipine with one time a day for 14 consecutive days.While the patients in experiment group were added with Yinaomai capsule orally or by gastric injection,three times a day,for 28 consecutive days.Analyze and compare the score of NIHSS and QLI and clinic effect of two groups before and 30 days after treatment.Results：After therapy,the NIHSS score of the experiment group was obviously lower than that of the control group（P0.05）.The QLI score of the experiment group was obviously higher than that of the control group（P0.05）.The total effective rate of experiment was also significantly higher than that of the control group（89.74% VS 69.23%,P0.05）.Conclusion：Nimodipine in combination with Yinaomai capsule is an effective and safe therapy for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by recovering nervus function,increasing clinic effect and enhancing quality of life.It is worth of wide application in clinics.
