开封市产业结构发展演化研究

摘　　要：产业结构反映各产业部门中各生产要素的比例和彼此依存关系,反映一个地区经济增长方式.文章通过区位商、产值就业比重、净资产收益率、产业动态集聚指数、产业结构高度化等相关指标,考察开封市产业结构的发展变化.分析发现,开封市各产业中工艺品及其他制造业可视为开封市的三高产业,即专业化水平、产业效益、产值比重都较高,具有较强的发展潜力和经济拉动能力;开封市第二、三产业发展相对滞后,对经济发展带动能力有限;开封市生态环境建设与经济发展相比,有待进一步改善.应该在构建中原经济区和实现"郑汴一体化"的契机下,加快开封市产业结构的调整和优化.The industrial structure reflects the proportion of each production factor and the interdependence between each other in every industry department,as well as the pattern of economic growth in a region.This paper analyzes some related indicators to investigate the present situation and develop-evolution prospect of industrial structure of Kaifeng.These index include location quotient,proportion of production value and employment,net assets income rate,industry cluster dynamic index,proportion of three industrial structure,industrial processing stage,advanced coefficient of basic industry,process indicators of ecological environmental protection industry.Through the analysis of these indexes,we know that arts and crafts and other manufacturing can be regarded as the three tenors industry in the industry of Kaifeng,namely professional level,industrial benefit and proportion of output value are all higher,and have a strong development potential and economic drive ability.The development of the second and third industry in Kaifeng is relatively backward,and the driving ability to economic development is limited.Compared with the economic development,the construction of ecological environment in Kaifeng needs further development.It should seize the opportunity of constructing the central plains economic region and realizing ＂Zheng-Bian integration＂,speed up the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure in Kaifeng,promote the development of Kaifeng,and accelerate the process of ＂Zheng-Bian integration＂.
