摘  要:应用多刚体动力学理论研究了某新型步战车炮塔座圈在射击载荷下的动态响应。利用ADAMS软件建立了步战车主炮多刚体模型和炮塔系统虚拟样机模型,在验证仿真模型正确性的基础上,用16个均匀分布在炮塔座圈的滚珠来表示整个炮塔座圈中的全部滚珠,通过施加载荷对虚拟样机进行动力学分析,研究了炮塔座圈内部分典型位置的滚珠的受力曲线,得出了火炮射击时滚珠承受的最大力,同时对炮塔座圈采用不同材质的滚珠时滚珠的受力以及传递到车体的力进行了对比,经过分析对比,提出了采用其他材质滚珠的建议,为改善滚珠受力情况提供一定的参考意见。The dynamic response of new type infantry combat vehicle barbette circle was studied applying multi-rigid body dynamic theory. The 100 mm tank gun multi-rigid body model and barbette system virtual prototype model were built up by ADAMS software. All the ball bearings of barbette circle were replaced by sixteen equably distributing ball bearings based on the validating of simulation model. The maximal force when fire was gained as soon as the force curve of typical ball bearing was studied by throwing load and the force of different material ball bearings and the force of bodywork were compared. The suggestion of adopting other material ball bearing was advanced by comparing analysis which afforded a certain reference idea for improving the force of ball bearing.
