摘  要:基于沥青路面坑槽修补工艺技术,借助ANSYS有限元分析软件,通过建立沥青路面坑槽修补有限元模型,从不同修补厚度、不同修补结构尺寸等角度对修补后沥青路面坑槽结构进行数值仿真分析.结果表明:不同尺寸坑槽壁缝表面处的剪应力均小于坑槽底缘10cm处;坑槽横向尺寸影响较大,且随宽度的增大坑槽结构壁缝处的剪应力值减小,但其拉应力值增大;随着修补深度的不断加深,坑槽纵向壁缝处竖向剪力τxz逐渐增大,且在纵向壁缝中间处出现最大值,坑槽壁缝的拉应力影响较小.Based on the asphalt pavement repairing process technology, with the ANSYS finite element analysis software, the asphalt pavement potholes repairing finite element model is established, the nu- merical simulation analysis is carried out for different repairing thickness and the asphalt pavement structure. The results indicate that the different size potholes wall surface of sewing in shear stress were less than potholes bottom edge in 10 cm; potholes transverse dimensions have a great influence, and the increase of the width of the potholes structure wall of the joints of shear stress value reduced, but the stress value increases; With the deepening of repair depth, potholes vertical wall joint vertical shear rn gradually increase and the longitudinal seam in the wall between appear in maximum, pit slot wall of sewing small influence on tensile stress. Conclusion for road maintenance department will be targeted to provide some reasonable suggestions for more efficient maintenance.
