膀胱移行细胞癌中S100A4蛋白表达及意义

摘　　要：目的通过检测S100A4蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的表达,探讨其在膀胱移行细胞癌发生、发展中所起的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测S100A4蛋白在38例膀胱移行癌组织及其相应癌旁组织中的表达。结果S100A4蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌及癌旁膀胱组织中的阳性表达率分别为55.3%(21/38)、0.0%(0/38)。膀胱移行细胞癌组织中S100A4蛋白水平明显明显高于癌旁膀胱组织P<0.05,且在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的表达与肿瘤病理分级P<0.05、临床分期P<0.05呈正相关,与有无淋巴结转移相关P<0.05。结论 S100A4蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的表达变化与肿瘤的发生、进展、预后密切相关,是判断其生物学行为、预测转移趋势极具价值的指标。Objective To investigate the transcription and expression of S100A4 protein and in transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder （ TCCB ） and discuss its significance in carcinogenesis and progression of TCCB. Methods The expression of S100A4 protein in 38 eases of TCCB and corresponding non-cancerous tissues were examined by immunohistochemical stain. Re- stilts The positive rate of S100A4 protein in TCCB and non-cancerous tissues was 55. 3% （21/38） and 0. 0% （0/38） respec- tively. The expression level of S100A4 protein in TCCB was much higher than in non- cancerous tissues（ P 〈 0. 05 ）, at the same it was related positively with pathologyical grade （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , clinical stage （ P 〈 0. 05 ） and lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Con- dusion The expression of S100A4 is significantly associated with tumor progression in TCCB. It can＇be the predictor of the bio- logical behavior and trend of the patients with TCCB. 1＂he expression of SI00A4 in TCCB is intimate relation. It perhaps affects tile occurrence, development and metastasis of TCCB together. S100A4 may be an important predictor of the clinicopathologic feature of TCCB.
