摘　　要："寒热并用"法为《伤寒论》方剂特色之一,其学价值极高,文章从上热下寒,清上温下;外寒内热,外散内清;寒热交杂,辛开苦降;寒热格拒,治宜反佐;体质与邪气寒热相异,用药标本兼顾;经脉脏腑生理病理特点;多脏腑经络同病,各适其气;正虚邪实,表里上下寒热错杂,扶正祛邪,清热温寒;去性取用;性味各取其长,互为监制等几个方面,就其组方特点做出简要论述,并提出个人临床应用的体会。Cold plus warm therapy is one of the prescriptions features in Treatise on Exogenous Fbrile Diseases. Its value is ex- tremely high. This paper briefly discusses the characteristics by the following aspects, and puts forward the personal clinical expe- rience of application. Upside heat and downside cold syndrome is treated by clearing upside heat and eliminating downside cold therapy ;exterior cold and interior heat syndrome is treated by clearing interior heat and eliminating exterior cold therapy ; heat jumbling cold syndrome is treated by Xinkai Kujiang therapy;the inside of yin predomination generating yang outside syndrome and the outside of yang predomination generating yin inside syndrome is treated by Fanzuo therapy; the constitution, evil influ- ence, heat and cold are different, causing the medication should focus on both the root and the branch. The physiological and path- ological characteristics of viscera and meridians include several of viscera and meridians become disorder together; vital Qi defi- ciency and evil excess syndrome and interior-exterior or upside-downside heat jumbling cold syndrome can be treated by strengthe- ning the body to eliminate pathogenic factors and clearing heat and eliminating cold therapy;medication shuold be determined by drugsl^roperties and tastes.
