半夏泻心汤对幽门螺杆菌感染人胃上皮细胞GES-1生长的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察半夏泻心汤对幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染的胃上皮细胞GES-1增殖的影响。方法:采用MTT法检测细胞的增殖。以细胞细菌不同比例体外共培养48 h,以确定两者的合适比例。用不同浓度的含药血清培养感染细胞。结果:细胞:细菌比例在1∶10以上时,Hp显著抑制细胞的增殖(P<0.05),而且呈量效关系;与模型组相比,半夏泻心汤能降低细菌对细胞增殖的抑制作用(P<0.05)。结论:Hp抑制细胞增殖,半夏泻心汤能扭转细菌的抑制作用。Objective：To investigate the effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction on proliferation of GES - 1 cells infected by lip. Methods ： Cell proliferation was determined by MTT assay. GES - 1 cells were co - cultivated with Hp for 48 hours in vitro to deter- mine the suitable proportion of cells to bacteria. The GES - 1 cells infected by Hp were cultivated in different concentrations of drug - containing serum cuiture, Results ： The GES - 1 cells proliferation was significantly inhibited byHp in a dose - dependent manner at the rate of cells to bacteria over 1：10 （ P 〈0.05）. The inhibition of GES - 1 cells proliferation by Hp infecting was de- creased by Banxia Xiexin Decoction - containing serum （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion： Hp can inhibit the proliferation of GES - 1 ceils. Banxia Xiexin Decoction can reverse the inhibition.
