金匮肾气丸对“恐伤肾”模型仔鼠皮质酮水平的调节作用

摘　　要：目的:观察金匮肾气丸对恐伤孕鼠孕仔数及仔鼠体质、血清皮质酮(CORT)水平的影响。方法:采用模拟地震的生物学实验,造成"恐惧"心理应激,建立"恐伤肾"模型,观察孕鼠每胎孕仔数、仔鼠体重、翻身能力及CORT水平。结果:中药金匮肾气丸能显著提高"恐伤肾"孕鼠的孕仔数(P<0.01),增加仔鼠平均体重,提高仔鼠翻身能力(P<0.01),改善应激条件下仔鼠CORT水平的变化(P<0.01)。结论:中药金匮肾气丸可预防恐伤孕鼠肾精不足,同时通过对仔鼠CORT的调节,有效地改善仔鼠恐惧应激反应,具有良好的抗恐惧应激损伤作用。Objective：To observe the influnce of Jinkui Shenqi Pill on the number of the terror leading to disorder of kidney pregnant rats and the serum level of corticosterone in the offsprings. Methods ： Use the simulation of the earthquake biological ex- periment to cause terror psychological sress, the terror leading to disorder of kidney pregnant SD rats model was established, to ob-serve the number of the pregnant rats, the weight, turning over ability and the serum corticosterone in the offsprings. Results ： Jinkui Shenqi Pill can obviously improve the number of the pregnant rats with the terror damaging the kidney（ P 〈0.01）, increase he average weight of the offsprings, advance the offsprings＂ turning over ability （ P 〈0.01）, and improve the change of the offsprings＂ corticosterone level in the stress condition（P 〈0.01）. Conclusion：Jinkui Shenqi Pill can prevent pregnant rats from damage due to terror which can lead to the kidney essence deficiency. At the same time it can regulate the offsprings＇serum level of corticoster- one,and effectively improve the offsprings＇fear stress response to make them have a good resistance for the fear stress damage.
