农民工参与职业能力培养动力不足的原因及对策选择

摘　　要：近年来,农民工在产业结构调整和经济转型升级中的作用越来越大,但是由于各种原因致使农民工自身主动参与职业能力培养的动力不足,职业能力不能满足现代经济快速发展的需要,限制了农民工作用的充分发挥。综合各方面因素,户籍制度和现代土地制度是造成农民工参与职业能力培养动力不足的深层次原因,需要加以认真研究对待。In recent years, the migrant workers play a greater role in the industrial structure adjustment and upgrading economic transformation. However, as various reasons causes result in that migrant workers lack motivation in initiative offer to participate in Vocational Ability Training. Their vocational ability can not fully meet the needs of rapid development of modem economy, and thus limit them in giving full play to their roles. Integrating all factors, it is essential to carefully study the household registration system and modem land system, as they are the deep-seated reasons for the migrant workers＇ lack of motivation for participating in the training.
