摘  要:[目的]建立气相色谱-质谱联用法测定番茄中氟菌唑(包括其代谢物)残留的分析方法。[方法]试样中的氟菌唑(包括其代谢物)农药残留经乙腈提取,盐析,弗罗里硅土固相萃取柱净化,气相色谱-质谱联用法测定和确证,分组选择离子监测模式,外标法定量。[结果]在0.01-1 mg/kg的范围内线性良好(r>0.99);在0.01-0.10 mg/kg的添加水平范围内,氟菌唑回收率范围在82%-102%L之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.5%-8.8%,氟菌唑代谢物回收率范围在85%-103%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.5%-7.7%,测定低限(LOQ)均为0.01 mg/kg。[结论]该方法简便快速、准确灵敏、重复性好,适合番茄中氟菌唑残留的测定。A Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry method is presented for the quantitative determination and confirmation of triflumizole residues(including its metabolite) in tomato.Samples were extracted with acetonitrile,and an aliquot of the supernatant was cleaned up using florisil solid-phase extraction cartidges.Analyses were performed using gas chromatography-mass in selected ion monitoring(SIM) mode and external standards,used for quantitative determination.The linear range was from 0.01 to 1 mg/kg(r 0.99).The range of recoveries were 82%-102% and relative standard deviations were 4.5%-8.8% in the spiked range of 0.01-0.10 mg/kg triflumizole,and the range of recoveries were 85%-103% and relative standard deviations were 3.5%-7.7% in the spiked range of 0.01-0.10 mg/kg triflumizole metabolite.The limits of quantification and confirmation were 0.01 mg/kg.The method was simple,rapid,sensitive,accurate and rugged.It was suitable for the quantitative determination and confirmation of triflumizole residues(including its metabolite) in tomato.
