摘　　要：《时病论》从临床的角度对五运六气学说进行发挥和运用。尊崇运气学说的精神,以"时病"统称外感病,突出其发病的时相性特点;将二十四节气纳入外感病分类方法中,平等看待风、寒、暑、湿、燥、火六气对外感病的致病作用,完善了外感四时六气辨证体系,并灵活运用运气学说指导临床实践,全书的理、法、方、药皆在彰显运气学说的价值。The elaboration and application on the doctrine of five motions and six natural factors were presented in Treatise on Seasonal Febrile Diseases from the standpoint of clinic. According to the doctrine of five motions and six natural factors, Lei Feng called exogenous disease as “seasonal disease” and highlighted its phasic characteristics of morbidity. The twenty-four solar terms had been incorporated in the classification of exogenous diseases, and the six kinds of natural factors including wind, cold, summer-heat, wetness, dryness and fire had the equal contribution to exogenous disease. The syndrome differentiation system of exogenous six natural factors was perfected, and the doctrine of five motions and six natural factors was applied to guide the clinical practice. The principle, method, prescription and herb in Treatise on Seasonal Febrile Diseases showed the value of the doctrine of five motions and six natural factors.
