消增1号治疗胃上皮异型增生49例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察消增1号治疗胃上皮异型增生的临床疗效。方法:将97例胃上皮异型增生患者随机分为治疗组49例和对照组48例。治疗组予消增1号,对照组予泮托拉唑钠肠溶胶囊和膜固思达片治疗,疗程为3个月。观察两组治疗前后的主要临床症状及异型增生变化情况。结果:①治疗后,对照组患者的胃痞、胃痛、泛酸、嗳气、嘈杂和胃胀症状明显改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组患者的胃痞、胃痛、泛酸、嗳气、嘈杂、胃胀、乏力和纳差症状亦明显改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组胃痞、胃痛、泛酸、嗳气、乏力和纳差症状的改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。②治疗后,两组患者异型增生的情况均显著改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组较对照组改善更加明显(P<0.01)。③治疗后,治疗组和对照组异型增生改善的有效率分别为85.7%和29.2%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:消增1号能有效逆转胃上皮异型增生,改善患者的临床症状。Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of “Xiaozeng No. 1” in treating gastric epithelial dysplasia （GED）. Methods： Ninety-seven patients with GED were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group in which forty-nine patients were treated by “Xiaozeng No. 1 ” and the control group in which forty-eight patients were treated by pantoprazole sodium enteric-coated capsule and rebamipide tablet, with the course of three months. The main clinical symptoms and the epithelial dysplasia were observed before and after treatment. Results： ①After treatment, the symptoms such as gastralgia, acid regurgitation, belch, epigastric upset and gastrectasia in control group obviously improved （P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）, the symptoms such as gastralgia, acid regurgitation, belch, epigastric upset, gastrectasia, astbenia and poor appetite in treatment group also improved （P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）, and the improvement of the symptoms including gastralgia, acid regurgitation, belch, asthenia and poor appetite in treatment group was better than that in control group （P 〈0.01 ）. ②Afler treatment, the epithelial dysplasia in both groups significantly improved （P 〈0.05 ,P 〈0.01 ） , and the effect of treatment group was better than that of control group （P 〈0.01 ）. ③After treatment, the effective rates of treatment group and control group on dysplasia improvement were 85.7% and 29.2% respectively, and the effect of treatment group was better than thai of control group （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： “Xiaozeng No. 1” can effectively reverse the gastric epithelial dysplasia and improve the clinical symptoms.
