摘  要:介绍低温电解磷化技术及钢丝表面快速形成磷酸锌涂层的工艺。利用磷化膜面质量对电解磷化膜进行评估,研究电流密度、时间和温度对电解磷化的影响。使用XRD和SEM分析电解磷化膜的成分主要为四水磷酸锌,形成的晶粒为球状结构,磷化膜细腻。优化后的工艺条件:电流密度为3~4 A/dm2,时间为20~40 s,温度为30~40℃,磷化膜面质量8~10 g/m2。实际应用表明该电解磷化技术具有无渣的特点。该电解磷化膜既可用于水箱式拉拔,压缩率超过90%以上,拉拔速度达到8 m/s,也适用于干式拉拔,拉拔速度可达13 m/s。To introduce low temperature electrolytic phosphating technology and the process of steel wire surface fast form- ing zinc phosphate coating. The electrolytic phosphating coating is assessed by using phosphate coating surface mass, the influence of current density, phosphating time and temperature on electrolytic phosphating is researched. The main compo- sition of electrolytic phosphating analyzed by using XRD and SEM is Zn3 ( PO4 ) 2 ·(H2O) 4, crystal grain formed is spheri- cal structure, phosphating coat is fine. The optimized process contidions are as follows : the current density is 3 - 4 A/dm2, time is 20 -40 s, temperature is 30 ~ 40 ~C, phosphating coating mass is 8 - 10 g/m2. Practical application indicates that the electrolytic phosphating technology has the characteristics of without the slag. The electrolytic phosphating coat can be used for wet drawing with compression ratio more than 90% and drawing speed 8 m/s, it can be used for dry drawing with drawing speed 13 m/s.
