宁动颗粒治疗抽动-秽语综合征伴注意缺陷多动障碍30例

摘　　要：目的观察宁动颗粒治疗抽动-秽语综合征伴注意缺陷多动障碍的临床疗效。方法选择30例患者,给予宁动颗粒治疗6个月;治疗前后采用DSM-IV中ADHD评定量表和耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表进行计分,并评价临床疗效。结果抽动-秽语综合征、注意缺陷多动障碍的总有效率分别为83.3%、80.0%,治疗后运动抽动、发声抽动评分和抽动总分及注意缺陷、多动冲动评分和总分均较治疗前有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论宁动颗粒治疗抽动-秽语综合征伴注意缺陷多动障碍具有良好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of ＂Ningdong Granule＂ on Tourette＇s syndrome with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder（ADHD）. Methods Thirty cases were treated with ＂Ningdong Granule＂ for 6 months. DSM-IV ADHD rating scale and the Yale tic severity seale were used to observe the clinical efficacy. Results The total effective rates of Tourette＇ s syndrome and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder were 83.3% and 80.0% respectively. There were significant differences in the scores of movement tics, vocal tics and total tics in Yale tic severity scale, also in the scores of attenfion deficit, hyperactivity and total score in DSM-IV ADHD rating scale （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ＂Ningdong Granule＂ is effective for children＇ s Tourette＇ s syndrome with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
