摘　　要：文献研究表明,企业社会责任是一个企业的认知、释义和行为等活动的过程;以此为基础,以东进农牧有限公司的企业社会责任实践即村庄建设为例,运用从身份认知到行为模式的分析框架,解释了东进农牧村庄建设行为,并从中得出如下启示:当企业选择与行业特征相匹配的社会责任行为,将其与当地经济社会发展结合在一起时,企业更易获得发展中所需要的资源并建立合法性。Based on literature review, this paper summarizes the general mode of enterprise social responsibility and points out that social responsibility of enterprise comes from cognition, interpretation and behavior of enterprises. Therefore, this paper takes village construction of Dongjin Agriculture for example and explains the constructive behavior of Dongjin Agriculture by using indentity orientation and finally this paper gets three enlightenments.matching of social responsibility and industrial features, rec-iprocity of enterprise development and local economic and social development and establishment of com- municative methods and enterprise legality.
