摘　　要：从产权、双边市场与期权等典型特征探讨技术标准许可定价机理,进而梳理移动通讯企业技术标准许可的价格结构主要包括开放源代码与销售增值业务的单边免费模式、合作伙伴补贴与捆绑销售的单边补贴模式、专利交叉许可与组合许可的双边差别支付模式。This paper, based on the characteristics of property right, two-sided market and options, analyzse technology standard license＇s price structure of mobile communication enterprise, mainly includes the one-sided free pattern with fol- lowed opening of source code and sales of value-added business, and the one-sided subsidy pattern with partner subsidy and bundling and the two-sided payment pattern with cross license and portfolio license.
