摘　　要：以康菲石油公司漏油事件为例,在与英国BP公司漏油事件进行对比的基础上,就我国企业生态责任缺失的原因进行了相关分析,认为建立完善可操作的法律制度,对生态事故进行价值损失估计与报告,是激发企业生态友好行为的有效途径。This paper, based on the example of the oil leakage events of Conoco Phillips company, compared with that of BP, it analyzes the reason why the firm in our country are short of Eco-responsibility. Result shows that, if we make the laws and institution of Ecology perfect, and try to measure and report the loses of eco-accident in the company＇ s annual report, it will stimulate the firm become ecological friendly.
