摘 要:在阐述师徒间隐性知识转移动因的基础上,提出了影响师徒间隐性知识转移的因素模型;就知识转移的主体与客体、师徒关系及企业环境等因素对知识转移效果的影响问题提出了理论假设。研究结果表明,师傅的知识发送能力、徒弟的知识接收能力、知识的隐性程度、师徒间的信任与知识势差、组织文化以及组织激励机制对徒弟内化程度和表出程度的影响显著。This paper established a tacit knowledge transfer factors model between mentor and mentee on the basis of intro- ducing the cause of tacit knowledge transfer between mentor and mentee; then it puts forward theoretical hypothesis by dis- cussing impacts of the main body of knowledge transfer, the object body of knowledge transfer, mentoring relationship as well as enterprise environment on the result of knowledge transfer. The result shows that mentor's knowledge transmission- ability, mentee's knowledge receive ability, knowledgetacit degree, trust, knowledge potential difference, organizational culture and organization incentive mechanism have significant effect on the mentee' s degree of knowledge internalization and knowledge externalization.
