摘　　要：目的:探讨头针不同行针手法对缺血性脑卒中血清中的VEGF、hs-CRP的意义。方法:选择我院2010年1月～2012年12月缺血性脑卒中患者200例,均神经内科常规药物治疗,分为4组,A组50例,采用捻转法,B组50例,采用留针法,C组50例,采用埋针法,D组50例,采用常规西医治疗,均为3疗程,于脑梗死治疗前及治疗后1、2、3疗程和对照组分别采用双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELLSA法)测定VEGF及免疫透射比浊法测定hs-CRP水平,并讨论二者的相关性。结果:四组中VEGF、hs-CRP蛋白表达:治疗后与治疗前比较,均有显著性差异,P<0.01;治疗后A组、B组、C组分别与D组比较,均有显著性差异,P<0.05;第三疗程,C组与其它三组分别比较,均有显著性差异,P<0.01;治疗后三个疗程中VEGF、hs-CRP蛋白表达相关性分析,均有明显负相关性(均P<0.05)。结论:VEGF、hs-CRP水平变化与脑梗死有着密切关系,其升高、降低水平与病变程度有关系。Objective. To explore different method of scalp acupuncture on VEGF, hs-CRP of pa- tients with cerebral arterial thrombosis. Methods. A total of 200 cases with cerebral arterial thrombosis ad- mitted from January 2010-December 2012 were selected. They were treated by neurological conventional drug. They were divided into four groups, with 50 cases in each group., patients in group A were treated by twirling method, group B by needle-retaining method, group C by needle-embedding therapy, andgroup D by conventional western medicine. All patients were treated for 3 courses. VEGF and hs-CRP were measured hy ELISA and immunological transmission turbidimetry respectively before treatment at the 1st, 2nd and 3rd course, and their correlation was analyzed. Results. There were significant differences in VEGE and hs-CRP between these before and after treatment （P〈0.01）, the difference was also signifi- cant between group D and other three groups （P〈0.05）. At the 3rd course, there were significant differ- ences in two indexes between group C and other three groups （P〈0.01）. VEGF and hs--CRP were nega- tively correlated with cerebral arterial thrombosis （P〈0.05）. Conclusions. VEGF and hs-CRP were closely related with cerebral arterial thrombosis, and is correlated with severity.
